FELLOWSHIP

Activities

Fellowship activities are planned regularly throughout the church year and coordinated by a committee of volunteers.  Open to all members and nonmembers, these activities provide opportunities for all ages to gather for fun, conversation and often to share a meal together.

Supper Club
Supper Club provides fellowship opportunities for all members and nonmembers of St. Paul Community Church.

Dinners are held the third Tuesday of each month (summertime excluded) from 6:30 until 9:00 p.m. A committee prepares the main dish and guests bring a dish to share.  The cost is $2.50 for the meal. If any money is accumulated, it is donated back to the support of other church programs.

The meal is followed by a program of interest to the group.

Women's Advisory Women's Advisory sponsors many fellowship and fundraising activities. These include: the Co-ed Card Party, bake sales, the sale of entertainment books, raffles, the Christmas Luncheon, and the Chili Dinner to name a few. The money raised is used to help fund projects such as landscaping, a new roof, new tables and chairs, and other church-related items.

These are mainly annual projects and are great social get-togethers. To get involved call Sharon (708-922-1728) or Donna (708-799-4664).

Sew What? All women are invited to meet with the stitchery group on the 1st Tuesday evening of each month, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the home of one of the crafters.

Bring your own project -- sewing, knitting, crocheting, embroidery, cross-stitch, etc. Several women are working on layettes for the babies of new mothers at Stroger County hospital. Instruction in new skills or help with existing projects is always available.

Please call the church for the current schedule.

Special Events Other special events like the Madrigal Dinner, Advent Workshop, and Talent Show (pictured here) provide opportunities for fun and fellowship throughout the year.
